We deliberately use no cookies on this website to track visitors. There are no analytics tools, no advertising networks and no social media plugins. Anyone reading this page leaves no trace with us that we could evaluate – and that is by design.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Vienna. The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files (see section 3.2).

3. Collection and storage of personal data

3.1 Contact form

Through the contact form on this website we process the following data:

  • Name (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Subject (required)
  • Message (required)
  • IP address and time of submission – recorded automatically to prevent spam and abuse

Purpose and legal basis: We process this data in order to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give via the checkbox when submitting the form. If your enquiry concerns the initiation or performance of a contract (e.g. a court booking, a subscription or a training request), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies in addition. The short-term processing of your IP address for spam prevention is based on our legitimate interest in a functioning contact form free from abuse, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Process and recipients: The form data is not stored in a database. It is sent by email to info@padel-voesendorf.at and kept in our mailbox. Transport and mailbox storage are handled by our hosting and email provider easyname GmbH, Vienna, acting as our processor. The data is not passed on to any other third parties. The form is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Confirmation email: After submitting, you automatically receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. It contains the content of your enquiry and serves solely to confirm receipt. Your email address is not used for advertising or newsletters.

Retention period: We keep your enquiry until it has been fully dealt with and no follow-up questions are to be expected – as a rule no longer than 12 months. If the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, the statutory retention periods apply (in particular 7 years under section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code). Data recorded for spam prevention is not stored together with your enquiry: your IP address is only kept in hashed form, is used solely to limit how often the form can be submitted, and is deleted automatically after one hour at the latest.

Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – an informal email to info@padel-voesendorf.at is sufficient. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Your further rights are set out in section 5.

Providing the required fields is necessary for us to process your enquiry; without them the form cannot be submitted. You are of course also welcome to contact us directly by email or phone.

3.2 Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

4. Cookies, tracking and external services

4.1 No cookies

This website sets no cookies. Not for statistics or analytics, not for advertising, and not to recognise returning visitors. Technically necessary cookies are not required either, because the pages are served as plain static files with no login and no shopping cart. For the same reason there is no cookie banner on this website – there would be nothing for you to consent to.

4.2 No tracking and no analytics tools

We do not use any web analytics or tracking services. In particular, neither Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Matomo, the Facebook pixel nor comparable tools are embedded. No usage profiles are created and no data is passed to advertising networks.

4.3 No external content on our pages

All content on this website is served from our own server. This includes the fonts, so no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external provider. Social media plugins („like“ buttons and similar) are not embedded. Visiting our pages therefore establishes no connection to third-party servers.

4.4 Location map on the contact page

Our contact page shows a location map. This is deliberately not an embedded Google Maps frame but an image loaded from our own server. Viewing the map transmits no data to Google.

In addition, we provide a link that opens the location in Google Maps. Only when you click that link do you leave our website. From that point on, the privacy policy of Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, or Google LLC, USA, applies. We have no influence over the data processing that takes place there. Further information is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

4.5 External links

Our website contains links to external services, such as the booking system for court reservations. The respective providers are solely responsible for their content and data processing. Please refer to their privacy policies.
